Well, I bought this about a year ago, mainly cuz I liked how it looked.There's something about the red and yellow feeders.......they just look tacky to me.
Anyway, the little hummers love it.I just use a 3 to 1 water to table sugar mixture and the birds can't get enough of it.
The bottle is glass and the flowers and top part of the tray are metal, while the bottom is plastic.
I have to say it's not the sturdiest thing you'll ever buy, if you dropped it, I'm sure something would break but if you're not a klutz pull the trigger........you and your birds will love it.
