Aspects 378 Thistle Mesh Feeder, Purple - Medium Review

I've been using and replacing thistle sacks for years. The stainless steel mesh on this feeder and powder coated metal parts make this the most durable thistle feeder I've ever seen. It's also the most attractive I've had. It took a few days for the birds to get used to it but now it is usually so full of birds that they are lined up on nearby branches waiting to get on.

1.25-quart capacity.Cast metal top and bottom with a glorious purple finish! The stainless steel mesh is sized to permit Nyjer (thistle) seed to be pulled through, like a thistle sock. A clear polycarbonate collar at the top of the tube keeps the mesh screen in shape while protecting fingers from sharp edges. A seed diverter is built into the bottom to direct seed to the perimeter of the tube where birds can reach it.
