Perky Pet 24 oz. Glass Oriole Feeder Review

This is a very pretty feeder.Once hung, it seems not to be able to flow from the glass container into the feeder bowl.I have to tip it every so often to let it bubble.There are no bee guards.I also had this same type of hummingbird feeder with the same problems.
