I ordered this Item 3 times. Amazon was great and told me to expect a refund as soon as I returned the broken items. This caused me great hardship.I don't have time to run post office errands for Amazons incompetance and inability to package breakable goods in a proper manner. I want the the monkey but I want it unbroken. I detailed to Amazon how to package the item 2 times but evidently the warehouse workers cannot or will not perform up to minimum standards.Dk
