My wife really wanted the perch ring.Called Amazon to see if the picture was correct w/ respect to the perch ring being there due to another review...they assured me it was there and that the picture was correct.
There is no perch ring - now i have to make one...
As is becoming more and more typical - if you want to see a correct picture - check another web site.
It has been outside for a month. The "Brushed copper base and roof" is badly rusted.
